FR - 551 The double drawer roasting oven consists of 2 sections with 7 drawers on both sides. Drawer dimensions and number of drawers can be specially designed according to customer demand. Roasting process is provided with the help of a stove working with LPG or natural gas. The fire coming from the stove is distributed in the oven with the help of an air fan in a way to provide an equal roasting process. All drawers are designed to provide even and homogeneous roasting.
