FR - 1203 nut salting machine is a manual mini salting machine. FR - 1203 nut salting machine is designed by our engineers to salt a wide variety of nuts such as sunflower seeds, peanuts, shelled peanuts, hazelnuts, shelled hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, shelled almonds, pistachios, cashews and yellow chickpeas. Nuts are easily added to the salting unit manually with the help of an inclined layer. The central surface of the boiler is designed to be open to air so that salt water, brine solution or water can be added. The mini salting machine has specially designed blades to ensure that the nuts are mixed homogeneously with salt water or other flavors. When the rotation of the boiler is changed counterclockwise, the blades help to evacuate the salted product. It can control an outlet direction and boiler rotation speed to control the discharge flow of the salted nuts.
