FR - 1202 Fully automatic nut salting machine is designed for various dried nut products such as sunflower seeds, peanuts, shelled peanuts, hazelnuts, shelled hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, shelled almonds, pistachios, cashews, yellow chickpeas. FR - 1202 Nuts salting machine is completely made of stainless steel. The user can adjust the weight of the product to be salted, the amount of salt and water for the solution, and the rotation speed of the mixer via the touch screen. There are two tanks for salt water solution in FR - 1202 nut salting machine. One of these tanks is for preparing the brine solution and the other is for transferring the pre-prepared brine solution. The product, which is salted or sauced, can be collected in the exit chamber by reversing the rotation direction of the Boiler, or the product can be transported with an elevator to transfer it to the next process stage.
